A Map For Your Travels
Prepare to set sail on a voyage of love and celebration! We’re tying the knot in the picturesque Riverfront Park, North Charleston, South Carolina, and we can't wait to share this momentous level-up in our lives with each of you.
Our Home Base
This is where the magic happens, our little sanctuary in Park Circle. It's off-limits during the wedding events, but it’s marked on the map so you know where the heart of our journey beats. We're also planning to have lunch catered here the following Saturday.
The Main Event [The Ceremony - Riverfront Park]
Join us at the coordinates where the moss-draped oaks whisper tales of history and romance. The park is not just a stunning backdrop; it's a place where our adventure began.
Celebration HQ [The Reception - Riverfront Park, Quarters K]
After we say "I do," the quest continues just a short stroll away at Quarters K. Prepare for an evening of epic festivities, delectable cuisine, and dances that could awaken any slumbering beast or beauty.
Montague Ave
The "downtown" of Park Circle. What it lacks in size it makes up for in vibes.
Hotel Lodging
We haven't quite solidified plans on setting up a hotel block, but it'll probably be one of the hotels listed.
AirBnB Area Recommendations
If you'd rather get an AirBnB, we recommend you look for one in the highlighted area. This will keep things fun and walkable for you! The Charleston Heights area is a little dicey, and we would suggest staying away from it you'd like to feel comfortable walking around.
Saturday Bar Crawl Chronicles
Come Saturday, we're planning on having a lunch catered at our house, and then sharing our local haunts with all of you!
Downtown Charleston
Chuck Town Proper is a city brimming with Southern charm, historical beauty, and a myriad of reasons to visit, making it as irresistible as a whispered sweet nothing. We highly recommend all those attending to see if you can carve out some time to check out all the sites and sounds, especially if it's your first time!
Historical Richness
Stroll through the cobblestone streets of Charleston's historic district, and you'll feel like you've stepped back in time. The city is a living museum, with well-preserved architecture, including the Battery promenade and Rainbow Row's pastel-colored homes.
Culinary Delights
A feast for your senses awaits in Charleston’s culinary scene. The city is famous for its Lowcountry cuisine that will romance your taste buds with dishes like shrimp and grits, she-crab soup, and mouthwatering barbecue. Admittedly, the fried cheese curd game is still sadly lacking.
Lively Nightlife
As the sun sets, Charleston’s nightlife begins to simmer. Rooftop bars, live music venues, and cozy pubs offer a night as lively and memorable as a first dance.
