Day After Adventures

Because one day of festivities just isn't enough...

Saturday 12:00PM - 6:00PM
First Stop: Wind & Waves (12:00PM)
Last Stop: COAST (5:00PM)

UPDATE: Please notice we inversed our route due to some logistical issues! We're starting at Wind & Waves now.

We hope to see you on Saturday! We'll continue our celebration starting with lunch at noon over at Wind & Waves. We'll continue our fun little tour around Park Circle and eventually end up at COAST around 5:00PM and are planning on concluding things around 6:00PM. However, don't feel obligated to stick around with us the whole time! In the 'Other Points of Interests' you'll see a few of our other neighborhood favorites depending on what you're in the mood for.

Starting at Noon...

Point A - Wind & Waves Brewing, 4427 Spruill Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405

The owner David is one of the most likeable people you'll meet in Park Circle. Same goes for most of the rest of the staff, except maybe for the brewer, Kyle. But we still like him because he makes good beer. The bookends of our adventures are our favorites spots, we hope you enjoy them as much as we do! We're planning on kicking things off here around noon and are starting off with some lunch (featuring an encore appearance of Victoria and Buena Compania Empanadilla) to get things started.

Point B - Holy City Brewing, 1021 Aragon Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405

This is the largest stop on our route. Holy City Brewing has an impressively-sized outside venue that regularly hosts a variety of festivals we'll check out. They've also recently added a fun raw bar! However, in a heartbreaking turn of events, they don't allow dogs on the premises. Otherwise, we'd probably go here more often!

Point C - Commonhouse Aleworks, 4831 O'Hear Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405

Commonhouse is another fun spot, with a large open outside area in which they regularly host bluegrass artists for when Carissa is craving to listen to some pickin's. They've also recently paired up with Swig & Swine to offer some impressive BBQ options. Mr. Darcy also enjoys hanging outside here with the numerous tents providing copious amounts of shade.

Wrapping up at approximately 5:00 at...

Point D - COAST Brewing Company, 1250 2nd St N, North Charleston, SC 29405

This family-run gem off the beaten path has quickly become one of our go to spots. They have some legendary first baked then tallow-fried potatoes that'll leave you craving more. They also have some of the best cheese curds Drew has found in Charleston. Typically behind the bar is the youngest son of the family, Aidan. What he lacks in social grace he makes up for in his skills as a talented mixologist.
